LOCATION: James West Alumni Center, UCLA 325 Westwood Plaza Los Angeles, CA 90095 DIRECTIONS: From the 405 freeway, exit on Wilshire Boulevard, travel east to Westwood Blvd. and turn left proceeding north toward the UCLA campus. Proceed to the Parking & In-formation booth located on Westwood Plaza between the Strathmore Building and the UCLA Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science. Parking at-tendants will direct you to the Alumni Center and adja-cent parking. PARKING: UCLA visitor parking can be obtained at any of the 11 Parking & Information booths located around the cam-pus. Attendants will issue you a parking permit, direct you to adjacent parking, and answer any questions you may have. Current daily parking rate is $8/vehicle; park-ing meters are available for shorter visits at 25 cents for each 8 min. (meters only accept quarters).

Qualifications: Master's Degree in Social Work. LCSW License, Credentialed for clinical practice certificate.

Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish),One year experience in a health care environment preferred. In depth knowledge of oncology, grief treatment; psychosocial dynamics of illness; group dynamics; advocacy State/County/KP financial programs; team building; ACCESS/EXCEL/WORD applications.

Duties: Performing biopsychosocial assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans for the Breast Center patients, their families and/or significant others in both the clinic and hospital settings; Leading psycho-educational or psycho-therapeutic groups; Providing developmentally and culturally appropriate clinical interventions including crisis intervention, grief counseling, patient/family advocacy and other therapeutic interventions, Accessing patient/family to both Kaiser, and community based resources; Utilizing a computerized case management and productivity tracking system. Participating in patient care rounds, patient conferences, staff education as appropriate.
