Mental Health Clinician - Per Diem
As a key member of the treatment team, you will be responsible for assessing patients, participating in treatment planning, and conducting individual, couple, family, and group interventions. Through your self motivation and creativity, you will serve as a catalyst for effective changes within patient care units. The position requires that you apply a high level of competency in providing care to special patient populations and patients with diverse cultural backgrounds. You will also be called on to identify the ability of patients to follow directions/instructions and give consent.
Job Requirements
Education, training, experience:
To qualify, you will have a Master’s degree from an accredited school of Social Work or Psychology, current California licensure (LCSW or MFT) and a minimum of two years experience. You must have a strong background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Experience in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy preferred.

BREATHE LA seaks a grant professional with a proven track record in researching, writing and reporting. The Grants Manager identifies, solicits and manages externally funded grants and grant-related initiatives. Prepare, submit and manage grant proposals to foundation, corporate and governmental sources including: letters of inquiry; concept papers; expenditure and income budgets to accompany proposals and grant schedules and tracking.
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) from an accredited institution in an academic discipline pertinent to duties and responsibilities. Minimum 5 years of increasingly responsible experience in the writing and administration of grants, preferably in a nonprofit setting. Candidate must have proven track record of success in grants awarded. Extensive knowledge of all potential funding streams with specific experience in foundation, corporate and government grants.
