THE POSITION
GENERAL PURPOSE
Under general supervision, performs a wide range of social casework and related services, including assessment, development and implementation of plans to meet client needs, education, referral and crisis intervention services; advocates for and provides interventions designed to promote health and overall wellbeing, prevention and access to healthcare and social services; and performs related duties as assigned.
The current vacancy is located in the Pasadena Public Health Department's Prenatal Clinic. Our Prenatal Clinic offers caring, comprehensive and culturally-sensitive services for pregnant women and teens and for new mothers who have just given birth.
