Cancer Support Community Valley/Ventura/Santa Barbara (CscVvsb) seeks full-time Program Director. Exciting opportunity to lead a team of mental health professionals who provide emotional support, educational programs and hope for adults and children with cancer, and their families. The Program Director is responsible for oversight and management of CscVvsb's mission delivery, including supervision of the clinical and program staff, instructors, development of the program calendar of services, and maintaining the highest level of quality in the delivery of all services. This position reports to the President & CEO and is full time exempt. Successful candidate will be a licensed MFT, LCSW psychologist or clinical nurse specialist in psych mental health; have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience; and have management and administrative experience. Cancer Support Community provides comprehensive psychosocial support and education programs for people with cancer and their caregivers and families. Our services enable cancer patients to manage their treatment and recovery as effectively as possible, increase their chances for survival, reduce their chance of recurrence, and provide for a higher quality of life. Over 3,000 people affected by cancer in West San Fernando Valley, Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties, will be served by Cancer Support Community Valley/Ventura/Santa Barbara during 2015.
