| Formulates and implements psychosocial treatment based on a sound integration of theory and practice for children and families with the most complex disabilities and associated problems. This requires extensive clinical knowledge and intervention skills. As part of a multidisciplinary team, works with children with complex developmental disabilities including autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders, and their parents. Conducts clinical assessments and provides psychosocial support. Utilizes professional knowledge of the principles and practices of social work to counsel patients, parents and families to help them make optimal use of resources. Salary: Monthly $5,003 - $5,415 Work Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., M-F Career position. Must have or be willing to obtain a License in Social Work. May work occasional evenings and weekends. May be required to drive on occasion in order to perform the routine or essential job responsibilities for the position. Must possess a valid California driver license and participate in the DMV Pull Notice Program Final candidate subject to background check. As a federal contractor, UC Irvine is required to use E-Verify to confirm the work status of individuals assigned to perform substantial work under certain federal contracts/subcontracts.
