Mental Health Clinician - Per Diem As a key member of the treatment team, you will be responsible for assessing patients, participating in treatment planning, and conducting individual, couple, family, and group interventions. Through your self motivation and creativity, you will serve as a catalyst for effective changes within patient care units. The position requires that you apply a high level of competency in providing care to special patient populations and patients with diverse cultural backgrounds. You will also be called on to identify the ability of patients to follow directions/instructions and give consent.

Job Requirements

Education, training, experience:

To qualify, you will have a Master’s degree from an accredited school of Social Work or Psychology, current California licensure (LCSW or MFT) and a minimum of two years experience. You must have a strong background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Experience in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy preferred.
