POSITION:               CLINICIAN III – MAT Program Coordinator

REQUIREMENTS: 
ü      CA Board of Behavior Science licensed LCSW, LMFT
ü      LCSW 1 year clinical social work experience post licensed
ü      LMFT 2 year post licensure clinical work experience
ü      Completed or willing to complete clinical supervisor’s training
ü      Ability to work with multi-cultural staff and clients.
ü      Bi-lingual, English and Spanish or API Language

REPORT TO:                        Clinical Director
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILTIES:

    • As SFPR for client, will provide mental health services; Assessments and evaluation; individual, group, adult, children, and family counseling, parent/child therapeutic activities,
    • Coordinate MAT program: case assignment and assessment and submission of final report to DCFS/DMH.  Attend program meetings, trainings and TDM meetings as required.
    • Provide training and supervision for registered BBSE ASW and MFT-I and MSW Interns and MA Clinical trainees, and review all client paperwork requirements related to the interns’ clinical work, chart reviews, QA, and staff utilization.

CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

Requirements:  CA Licensed LCSW, MFT; 3 years post- licensure experience, completion of clinical supervisory training, 1 year experience in clinical and administrative supervision of ASW, MFT-I, MSW Interns and MFT Trainees. Applicant must have knowledge and experience with DMH services, procedures and documentation requirements. Multi-culture competency preferred.

Report to:                  Clinical Director

Scope of Responsibilities:  Provide training, supervision and guidance to ASW and MFT-I and Master’s level interns and trainees in MSW, MFT programs; and review all client documentation and to ensure program and QA compliance. Will provide administrative and clinical supervision of assigned staff; coordinate and direct the clinical and case management activities; provide culturally competent clinical/therapeutic counseling and mental health services, clinical intake/evaluation, crisis intervention, parent/child therapeutic activities, community presentations and other therapeutic services.  Involved with Clinical Services management to implement and facilitate new programs and transformations as required.
