People Coordinated Services of Southern (PCS), a private, non profit, social services agency, exists in order to improve lives, strengthen families and neighborhoods, empower service recipients and restoration of hope.  People Coordinated Services provides comprehensive multi-cultural, ethnic and generational services through three primary service divisions:  Senior Services, Youth and Family Services and Substance Abuse Prevention, Intervention and Treatment.  PCS has the following employment opportunities available for qualified applicants. 

 

PCS Administration:

• HR Manager - (temp) – BA Degree, Manage HR, ADP payroll, benefits and personnel issues.
• Accountant- BA in accounting, 3 years experience in GL and AP. ADP experience a plus.

 

Youth and Family Services:

• Director of Youth and Family Services –MA in social work, psychology or related field, work with at risk youth and families; direct drug, gang and drop out prevention programs; strong management experience; excellent verbal and written communications, proposal writing.
• LCSW – experienced, work with gang prevention program, provide therapy to youth & families,
• Case Managers and Youth Counselors for drug and gang prevention programs, BA in social work or psychology with experience
• Early Childhood Education Coordinator and Teachers - BA in ECE, experienced in teaching multi-cultural youth, ages 0-5.  Coordinator should have site supervisor permit.

 

Senior Services:

• Director of Senior Services- MSW or related field, supervise Senior Multipurpose Center, Nutrition and transportation programs, strong management experience, proposal writing
• Nutrition Coordinator- BA in nutrition, coordinate meal program for seniors
• Case Manager- to complete in- home assessments and coordinate service plans for seniors
• Home Delivered Meals Coordinator- supervise home delivered meal program
• Site Managers (pt) serve meals to senior at congregate sites
• Home delivered meals drivers (pt) good driving record (bring current DMV print out)
• Drivers with class A or B license with passenger endorsement to transport seniors and disabled, must have excellent driving record. (bring current DMV print out)

  

Substance Abuse Prevention, Intervention and Treatment Services:

• Substance Abuse Counselors- must be licensed with 2 years experience in inpatient or outpatient setting, excellent skills required in group, individual and treatment plans.
• Prevention Specialist – BA in social work or psychology.  Work with female youth to prevent methamphetamine usage.  Must be experienced in working with at risk youth.
