Hiring and supervision of clinical staff
Training of staff and interns
Grant writing every three years for renewal of contract that funds the program
Writing status reports
30% (12 hrs/wk) direct service to children/adolescents and families
Providing trainings and presentations to the community about pertinent mental health issues impacting youth
Requirements:
Licensed LCSW or Licensed Psychologist in the State of CA.
3-5 years experience in community mental health
2 years experience administrative and clinical supervision
Must demonstrate cultural competency, strong assessment skills, and child-centered/family-focused treatment skills.

Have knowledge of school-based mental health services
Knowledge of evidence-based brief therapy models
A Plus:
Experience in grant writing
Comfortable speaking Spanish
