St John's Clinical Program Coordinator Position

The Clinical Program Coordinator functions as the leader of a school-based mental health team and is responsible for:

Supervision of treatment services to the target population
Hiring and supervision of clinical staff
Training of staff and interns
Grant writing every three years for renewal of contract that funds the program
Writing status reports
30% (12 hrs/wk) direct service to children/adolescents and families
Providing trainings and presentations to the community about pertinent mental health issues impacting youth

The team collaborates with two middle schools, a continuation high school, and a youth center; all located in Santa Monica, CA.

Requirements:

Licensed LCSW or Licensed Psychologist in the State of CA.
3-5 years experience in community mental health
2 years experience administrative and clinical supervision
Must demonstrate cultural competency, strong assessment skills, and child-centered/family-focused treatment skills.
