Family Services of Santa Monica

Family Service of Santa Monica is accepting applications for three positions. All three require an M.S.W. or related degree. Licensed or license eligible preferred. Positions are open for:

  1. Agency based mental health provider for children, families, and adult clients. Some knowledge of DMH paperwork requirements is a plus. Bilingual Spanish/English required..
  2. School based mental health provider on an elementary school site in Santa Monica, experience and knowledge about school social work, including a PPS credential a plus. Bilingual Spanish/English required.
  3. Coordinator and direct service provider of mental health consultation and early intervention to preschool day care sites in Santa Monica. Experience in and /or knowledge about early intervention and education required.

In each of these positions you will provide short and long term mental health services to a diverse population of children, youth, families, and adults. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in community networking and collaboration, teacher consultation and to lead groups. For licensed staff, depending on experience, you may have the opportunity to supervise trainees and interns.
