Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Responsible for the day to day business and financial operations of the Early Childhood Parenting Center, keeping records, interfacing with Community Partners, and working with the ECPC Director and committees.
•Reports hours for payroll and distributes checks.
•Collects income, pays bills, acknowledges donations and tributes.
•Handles mail, voicemail, and email contacts.
•Orders supplies, services.
•Attends weekly meetings (Wednesday mornings) at the center
